Independent Adviser
Objective: Provide independent advisory services for quoted companies and those pursuing an IPO.
Our Role: We offer unbiased advice, distinct from the responsibilities of a nominated adviser or stockbroker. We assist with all IPO aspects, including preparation, pricing evaluation, and stock exchange admission. We also evaluate the relative merits of IPOs versus trade sales through a twin-track process.
